How can I help?
-
Every family is unique, with its own needs and life experiences. However, a common challenge in families is the difficulty in understanding each other's journeys. When conflicts arise between a parent and child, we often blame one party, saying it's the parent's fault or the child's fault. I can help you view the issue from a different perspective, in a non-judgemental way and as a misunderstanding between the parent and child. My goal is that you:
- Discover insights that can help you understand your child’s needs better.
- Gain valuable perspective to foster a stronger connection.
- Explore resources designed to support your child’s emotional social and cognitive growth.
The support is for families with babies and children under 6 years old.
We will meet face to face at a playground, your house or a play area where your is child is familiar with.
We will start with:
- Greeting and introducing ourselves and a play (2h) – with child, parent and myself. This time is for me to get to understand your child (minimum adult intervention).
- A videocall to support you (parent) and to answer your questions. (up to 1h)
I suggest exploring a particular situation at a time. When does it happen? How is your child at the time? Where does it happen? What does he do? How are you (parent)? What do you do?
-A follow up email after 10 days to ask how are things going.
I will provide tools to support your child and tools you could use for yourself too.
I don’t provide QUICK FIX, I am interested in LONG TERM solutions and benefits for all.
-
- Are you finding it challenging to interpret your child’s behaviour?
- Would you like to deepen your connection with your child?
- Are you seeking effective tools to nurture your child’s overall development?
If you answer yes to these questions I would like to offer you a free consultation. I would be delighted to meet you ( 15 min video call), so we could discuss what your needs are and to explore how could I help you.
The following day we will communicate with each other whether we would like to arrange a session together.

Will I be able to speak with families that you have worked with to get references? Absolutely! Firstly, if you are interested in the Parent Support Service, we will meet (free – no obligation) for 15 min face to face or on videocall, to get to know each other and to explore how can I help. Afterwards if we had a good experience and you are considering hiring me I will pass you two contacts of two families with who you can talk and ask any questions about my services.
My Parent Support Values….
You are the BEST
You are the BEST parent for your child.
Love & connection
Where everything starts: Love is the foundation of healthy relationships. For children to learn and thrive, they need to feel loved, secure and valued. This sense of attachment not only benefits children but also adults, who require emotional support and connection too. Building a nurturing environment where love is expressed openly encourages growth, resilience, and emotional well-being for all family members.
Part of a family
You are part of a family system/constellation: Family is a network of relationships that influences individual identities and behaviours. Understanding that you are part of a larger constellation can help you appreciate the dynamics at play. Recognizing these connections can be helpful to navigate challenges together.
Support
We all have our journey: Each family member has their own path, filled with unique challenges and triumphs. Offering support to your little ones, means being there for one another, listening, and providing encouragement. It takes courage to ask for help as an adult, and doing so is a form of self-love. When family members support each other, it strengthens bonds and promotes healthier family dynamics.
You are all Good
You are all good, even if sometimes there’s a lack of understanding: Misunderstandings are a natural part of any relationship, including family dynamics. It’s essential to approach these moments with compassion and an open heart. Embracing the idea that everyone is doing their best leads to a more harmonious family environment.
Active listening
Active Listening – in a non-judgmental way-is crucial in promoting understanding and empathy within family relationships. It involves truly hearing what someone is saying without jumping to conclusions or making judgments. This practice can lead to deeper connections, as family members feel valued and understood. Taking the time to listen can transform conversations and create a safe space for open dialogue.
